Bald Eagles Talk at Rockport State Park

Jim Watson, a Wildlife Research Scientist with WA State Dept of Fish and Wildlife, will discuss the bald eagles found along the Skagit River. Migratory bald eagles flock to the Skagit during the winter time but there also several resident eagles along the river.

Jim will discuss both of these populations as well as why there are less eagles than decades ago. This will be presented in the Discovery Center at Rockport State Park.

Please note, Discover Pass is required for parking. Follow the signs to the Discovery Center.
