DESCRIPTION:The Mount Vernon Downtown Association (MVDA) is pleased to present a “Birds of Winter” Art Walk on Saturday\, February 10\, 2018\, in support of the “Birds of Winter – A Skagit Valley Experience”. Perry and Carlson Gallery will host poster artist Anita H. Lehmann with her exhibit titled “Talking Fields”.
